Gail Morales is the project efficiency executive for TD Bank, focused on building an efficient and agile platform to drive the corporate strategy. Previous to this role, Gail was the head of TD Bank's US Project Management Office, where she was responsible for project governance and control over a $500 million portfolio. She has been with TD Bank since 2015.
Gail brings a wealth of management and leadership expertise to her work. Her career spans over 25 years in financial services, strategy, and consulting. She has served in senior roles with global Fortune 100 companies, managing both domestic and global teams leading change.
Prior to joining TD Bank, she worked in several business disciplines over her career: mortgage servicing, supply chain management, technology, wealth, securities, and trust. In each area, Gail and her team have developed winning strategies, built new processes, and driven enterprise-wide strategies.
Gail is also active in her community through board service focused on women and children, education, and the environment. Her service includes the board of directors of the Metropolitan YWCA of Atlanta and the Trust for Public Land in Georgia. She also served on the Harvard Business School Global Alumni Board of Directors, along with local leadership as the chair of the board of directors and president of the Harvard Business School Club of Atlanta. In addition, Gail is a member of Leadership Atlanta.
Gail earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in accounting with honors from the University of South Carolina. In March 2018, she was honored by the Network Journal at the "25 Influential Black Women" awards. She and her husband, David, have two children, Matthew and Rachel.
